Green Fingers Gardening Club

If you are in Year R and love nature, being outdoors, and helping plants to grow, then why not join our Green Fingers gardening club?

 

Mrs. O'Connor and Ms Hards are looking forward to getting busy in the garden with you in the summer term, after school on Thursdays, from 3.25pm to 4.25pm. We plan to weed and tidy our raised beds and herb garden, and add some new plants to these areas. We are going to add some colour to our playground and get creative by planting up our tyres, and even some old welly boots too! We are going to try planting some vegetables and herbs to make 'pizza pots'. We will find out about the bugs and birds that share our gardens, and even plan to make our own wormeries.

 

The club is open to Reception children, and there will be a one-off charge of £4.50 to cover all sessions.
