We have spent some of our sponsor money on new books for the children to enjoy during Reading for Pleasure sessions. They have been a big hit! Thank you to everyone that sponsored the children.
Term 4 in Year 2
In Year 2 this term we have been doing lots of exciting leaning. Here are just a few pictures of what we have been up to.
We were focusing on life cycles of different animals.
Our Computing Club children had a wonderful time learning how to use a range of computing programs.
We walked to the local Baptist Church and got to learn all about the church and the celebrations they partake in.
Some us attended an Active Stacking Festival which Take Pride ran for some of the OCMAT schools.
Year 2 went to Rochester on the train, this is the first time as a school we have gone on the train for a school trip. The children and adults had a brilliant, fun filled day. We visited Rochester Cathedral, Rochester Castle and The Guildhall Museum. This supported our learning in History.
