General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

On 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect and in order to comply with GDPR all organisations are required to be transparent about the data they hold and process on individuals. Therefore, we have published our Privacy Notice, this can be found below.

If you require a paper copy of the Privacy Notice please contact the school office.

If you have any enquiries about GDPR please direct your enquiries to admin@oaks.kent.sch.uk who will forward them to our Trust's Data Protection Officer.
