Yoga and Mindfulness

Yoga and Mindfulness Club

In this club we are going to be using yoga to help keep our bodies strong, healthy and  flexible whilst at the same time improving our coordination and balance.

We will be using mindfulness exercises to promote a sense of calmness after a busy day of learning at school.

 

 

Sadly due to Covid-19 our after school clubs are currently on hold. We hope to review these as soon as we are able to.
