Yoga and Mindfulness Club
In this club we are going to be using yoga to help keep our bodies strong, healthy and flexible whilst at the same time improving our coordination and balance.
We will be using mindfulness exercises to promote a sense of calmness after a busy day of learning at school.
The club will run during Terms 5 and 6 on a Thursday at 3.25 until 4.25pm.
Come and join Miss Miller. It will be lots of fun!
