Wow. Term 6 already! It is amazing to see how much all our Bumblebees have grown and learnt on their learning journey this year. This term the children will be preparing for the move to Year One. They will be meeting their new teachers and spending time in their new classes. We will be so sad to see the Brilliant Bumblebees go. They have been a joy to teach. We know they are looking forward to some new adventures in Year One.
Oh we do like to be beside the seaside!
On Wednesday the 7th June we went on our first school trip. We had such a wonderful time exploring Whitstable. We went to the RNLI lifeboat station and learnt about the job they do, their lifeboat and what they wear. We visited the fish market and some of us were very surprised by the raw fish and the smell too! We visited the Castle gardens for lunch. We went down to the beach and explored it. We loved throwing stones into the sea and trying not to get our feet wet! We played in the play area and all enjoyed an ice cream with a flake! Mmm! During the day we did lots of walking and breathed in the sea air. On the way back some of us were so tired we fell asleep on the coach! We were so well behaved and made all the grown ups who work with us very proud! Well done Bumblebees! It was a pleasure to spend the day with all of you.
